Updates

It's finally time for some updates on what's going on. I know some of you have to be waiting for the next book. I'm shooting for middle of the month for a release on Blood Monarch. I'm confident you will enjoy Vlad. He's quite different from my other characters in many ways, but as all the Dragon Hunters have shown, he's intensely loyal.

Speaking of the Dragon Hunters, I'm redoing the cover for the original Dragon Hunter, Andreas. Just felt that his cover should fit in more with the others. Just a little matter of fixing the font, and then I'm going back through to find any of those editing issues I may have missed the first three or four times editing it. Might change the size of the print books as well. I kind of want to get all the books the same size. But that's not a big deal, so long as I like the new cover. I might give you all a reveal once I get the font how I want it.

We're not going to discuss Journeys because it's still not out of edits and that's beginning to bother me a great deal. I'm ready to get it out and start marketing, but that's out of my hands now.

Note on reviews, I'm technically open for them, but I have to admit, I go through phases where I don't want to read certain genres, such as anything purely hetero romance. Still, feel free to use the contact form to send me requests. Be very clear on your timelines if you have one. Sometimes it takes me a couple months to get to books just because of everyday life.

Lastly, don't forget the blog hop I'm involved in and visit some of the other blogs. Enter my giveaway and check the others out for their giveaways as well.

Synopsis: One man, one sword against an island of the undead. The Demons of DunDegore is a full-on zombie invasion within a classic epic fantasy setting.

Demons have stolen the Sword of Kassandra, using its powerful magics to raise an army of the undead. Few survive the initial assault. Tadgh Dooley, a 17 year old werecat, travels to the island of DunDegore with his companions to rescue an 8 year old boy, the son of his best friend. But the forces of darkness have plans for Tadgh: capture him and force him to use his reality-altering abilities to free the dark god their worship from his extra-dimensional prison.

This is the second book in the series that acclaimed author Christoph Fischer has called “an accomplished piece of fantasy.”

Review: So, it took me a second to remember I'd read the first book. Once I realized who the sage was, I was right on task and able to concentrate on the story. Tadgh is interesting, not only for his abilities but his personality as well. Plus side, his sexuality doesn't take away from the story. It adds to it. He is on a foreign world though, and while they don't seem hostile about it, it's not exactly normal. He has a bit of a struggle due to one of his less favorable abilities, so he constantly wonders if someone can truly love him. He has guilt, so despite the power he possesses he's not a true monster. Then the Sage has that one weakness in this book, which is the same as the last. All in all, a very interesting story.

So, it's getting close to that time to put out Blood Monarch. Best of all, the cover is done. Book six of the Dragon Hunters series is about to come out.

Synosis: A king's duty never ends, even when his kingdom changes. Vladimir Dracula is one of the most famous and misunderstood figures in all of history. One thing is true, he is a king, and he is a vampire. He is the true king and enforcer of the vampire race. Feared by all of his own kind, he is perhaps the most lethal of the Black Dragon God's mortal born servants. At the same time, he personifies sex. None can resist his charms, save one.
Vax King is the Chosen of Hecate, the Heir of Mjolnir, and has no plans on a mate. When he's called on to enter Fae lands, he's surprised to find the legendary vampire there. Looking to aid the beautiful Fae, Anaya, and her soul mate, Galen, Vax must enter a world of sex of violence with only Vlad to accompany him. Here, there can be no denial, no hesitation. Only truth....and dominance.
A war is brewing in the Fae lands, as the fallen angels rise to lay claim to the power of their goddess, Verlaine and topple their higher brethren. Older than most, Vlad must accustom himself to having a soul mate, and use all his legendary power to stop the forces of darkness long believed to be controlled by him. A new kingdom is the prize, and none knows better than the famed Dracula that the secret to power lies in the blood.

Updates

So its been a little while since I've updated anyone on what's going on with me. For those that follow the main series, I'm still working on Blood Monarch, going through edits. I intend to put this through new publishing program Amazon has going on to see how it works. Stay tuned for that because I understand it requires votes to get the contract and I like votes and contracts.

I still have no clue what's going on with journeys. I haven't heard anything from the editor really so I don't know or understand the delay. I'll let you know more when I know more.

My writing partner and I are getting to work on our new book together. Knowing our drive, we'll sit down one week and just knock it out of the park. We have a feeling it will be another series. If you,re not familiar with her, Lillian Mackenzie Rhine, you should get familiar with her. I love her work and cannot wait to see what we put out together.

The Coven series is still in the works. I like the direction of the first book. Just have to get a bit more from the characters to wrap up their first book. But I do love this series. I feel pretty good about it. That's all I got for now, just a quick update. I'm off to work now
